Description
We are completely in love with this peppery green! Arugula is best eaten raw in our opinion. We love to throw it in a salad or even on a breakfast sandwich using our eggs, our pasture raised pork bacon, miracle whip (or mayo if you prefer) and feta cheese. It can even be sautéed or added to a smoothie for an extra kick, but use sparingly. Full of vitamins and iron, you cannot go wrong eating this wonderful green.
