Swiss chard is not one of those leafy greens you often find in Alabama. It’s just so delicious! Full of vitamins, provides iron, and even some fiber too! The entire plant is edible so you can enjoy the leaves as well as the stalks. The leaves can be added to a salad and the stems cooked into your favorite dish.
