Who doesn’t love collards? Rich in vitamins and high in calcium, collards are an excellent addition to any diet. These big leafy greens are sold by the bunch and can be the main staple or a side dish. We like to cook ours with smoked turkey wings and a side of cornbread cooked in a cast iron skillet.
