Cup of Goodness

pexels-photo-41135.jpegIt’s definitely cold and flu season and of course if anyone would get sick….it’s me! So I turn to what usually helps me to feel better, my “cup of goodness.” You may have heard of it before, but we use local honey and organic ingredients. I will usually make this throughout the day to sip on. It really helps us here and I hope it helps you too!

1/4 cup of lemon juice (can be fresh or from the bottle)

2-3 shakes of cinnamon

Teaspoon of minced ginger (can also use ground ginger)

Local honey to taste

Mix all ingredients and place cup into the microwave until warm. (About 20 seconds)

Mix again, sip, and enjoy
